What Is Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful, body-based practice that uses a continuous, circular breathing pattern to gently activate the nervous system and open space for emotional release and integration.
By consciously connecting the inhale and exhale - without pauses - we shift out of analytical thinking and into direct embodied experience. This allows stored tension, suppressed emotions, and limiting beliefs to safely surface and move through the body.
When the breath flows, energy flows.
In a safe and supported environment, this practice can help you reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been holding stress, fear, grief, or unexpressed vitality. As these layers soften, many people experience greater clarity, emotional freedom, creativity, and a renewed sense of aliveness.

Meet Your Facilitator
Ryan Norton is a breathwork facilitator with a background in scientific research. His work bridges curiosity, grounded inquiry, and deep respect for the intelligence of the body.
Through conscious connected breathwork, Ryan supports people in releasing emotional tension, reconnecting with their bodies and themselves, and accessing deeper awareness and insight.
Drawing on personal experience with breathwork, somatic practices, and meditation, Ryan creates a safe and supportive space where the breath becomes a gateway to insight, emotional release, and transformation.
How a Session Works
Each breathwork session begins with a brief conversation to set an intention and create a safe container for the experience.
You will then be guided into conscious connected breathing for about an hour. This gentle yet powerful breathing pattern increases energy in the body and can open the door to emotional release, insight, and deep relaxation.
Feelings such as joy, sadness, anger, or gratitude may arise and be integrated in a supportive environment.
Sessions conclude with time for rest and integration.
